- Manage weekend payroll processing for select client accounts
- Assist with month-end closing activities and weekend journal entries
- Respond to urgent client financial inquiries during weekend hours
- Maintain accurate weekend transaction logs and audit trails
- Collaborate with weekday team for seamless financial operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 2+ years of accounting experience with weekend availability
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and weekend reconciliation protocols
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Strong attention to detail with high accuracy standards
- Valid Nevada CPA license (or actively pursuing)
