Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof AI Systems: Design and implement scalable infrastructure for Large Language Models (LLMs) and complex multi-agent workflows.
- Research & Development: Spearhead experiments in Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) and advanced multimodal reasoning.
- Optimization: Reduce inference latency and operational costs while maximizing model accuracy for real-time applications.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Ethical AI: Ensure our systems are fair, transparent, and strictly aligned with global safety and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years focused specifically on LLMs or Transformers.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and the Hugging Face ecosystem.
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills and a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams through complex projects.
