Responsibilities
- Perform daily reconciliation of bank accounts and general ledgers.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and variance reports.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions with high accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly tax filings and audits.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with GAAP.
- Collaborate with the finance team to resolve discrepancies and optimize processes.
- Ensure all weekend accounting activities are completed on time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- 1-3 years of experience in general accounting or finance.
- Availability to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP) and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CMA preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
