Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15+ diverse business clients
- Prepare monthly financial statements with actionable insights
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Implement process improvements for financial efficiency
- Collaborate with CPAs during quarterly audits

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online Desktop
