Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing processes and financial statement preparation
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Conduct financial analysis and variance reporting for executive leadership
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX regulations
- Lead internal audit coordination and external communication
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives
- Mentor junior accounting staff and provide cross-departmental support
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
