- Oversee full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliation, and financial reporting
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing for 100+ employees
- Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making and budget forecasting
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and state/federal tax regulations
- Lead audit preparation and coordinate with external auditors
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, reconciliation, and compliance
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
