Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile complex financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes with meticulous attention to detail
- Lead accounts payable/receivable operations and optimize cash flow management
- Prepare and analyze financial reports for executive stakeholders
- Implement and improve internal financial controls and processes
- Collaborate with auditors during financial examinations
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP) for accurate record-keeping
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- CPA certification strongly preferred
- Expert proficiency in Excel and accounting software platforms
- Demonstrated experience with financial reporting and analysis
- Exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in remote work environments with minimal supervision
