Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Conduct financial audits and reconcile discrepancies
- Develop and implement budget forecasting models
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial planning
- Ensure tax compliance and prepare supporting documentation
- Maintain internal controls and improve accounting workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
