Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for salaried and hourly employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage tax filings, garnishments, and year-end reconciliations (W-2/1099)
- Conduct payroll audits to ensure compliance with FLSA and state regulations
- Support HR initiatives by analyzing payroll data for workforce planning
- Implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency
- Act as primary contact for employee payroll inquiries
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience with multi-state operations
- ADP certification or equivalent payroll software proficiency
- Deep knowledge of federal/state wage laws and tax regulations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field preferred
- Experience with timekeeping systems (Kronos preferred)
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive data
