Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile financial records, including accounts payable/receivable and general ledger entries
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis for stakeholder review
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements for all financial transactions
- Assist with budget preparation and forecasting processes
- Process payroll accurately and maintain employee expense reports
- Conduct internal audits to identify financial discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience with proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills for presenting financial data to non-financial stakeholders
