Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting tasks including accounts payable and accounts receivable reconciliation during night operations.
- Process payroll for the night shift workforce accurately and on time.
- Generate and review nightly financial reports, including balance sheets and profit & loss statements.
- Assist in month-end and year-end close processes to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical financial records and audit trails.
- Communicate with department heads regarding any financial discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Must be available to work night shifts (typically 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a quiet, focused environment.
