Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, trends, and market conditions to inform strategic business decisions
- Develop comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and variance reports
- Prepare executive dashboards and presentations for senior leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and financial policies
- Lead month-end and quarter-end closing processes
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue enhancement strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in corporate or consulting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools
- CFA or CPA certification preferred
- Strong quantitative and analytical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
