Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, trends, and variances to provide actionable insights for leadership
- Develop comprehensive budgets, forecasts, and financial models with precision
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for stakeholders
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis projects to support strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Present complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in corporate or financial services
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, modeling)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and financial reporting tools
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate data to insights
- CMA, CPA, or CFA certification preferred
- Experience in the Tucson or Southwest US market highly valued
