Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, trends, and KPIs to support strategic business decisions
- Develop detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for stakeholders
- Create and maintain accurate budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis models
- Collaborate with department heads to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Prepare executive presentations with clear visualizations of financial performance
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
- Lead ad-hoc financial projects and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or financial services
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and financial modeling
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- CFA or CPA certification preferred
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data
- Excellent communication skills for presenting to non-financial stakeholders
- Proven track record of meeting tight deadlines in high-pressure environments
