Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers and reconcile bank accounts daily
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage cash flow
- Prepare financial statements and month-end closing reports
- Handle payroll processing and tax compliance filings
- Oversee vendor management and expense tracking systems
- Implement and optimize QuickBooks accounting workflows
- Support annual audits and financial analysis projects
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- Proven track record of month-end closings
