Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis for diverse clients
- Maintain accurate QuickBooks Online/Xero data with strict attention to detail
- Coordinate with tax preparers and auditors during quarterly/annual reviews
- Implement financial controls and process improvements across client portfolios
- Support month-end closing and reporting deadlines with zero tolerance for errors
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks/Xero expertise
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- Proficiency in Excel with advanced formula knowledge and pivot tables
- CPA or QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification highly valued
