Responsibilities
- Process and submit clean insurance claims to maximize reimbursement rates
- Resolve complex billing discrepancies through insurance carrier negotiations
- Conduct thorough account receivables aging analysis and follow-up protocols
- Implement CPT/ICD-10 coding accuracy improvements across departments
- Generate monthly revenue cycle performance reports for leadership

Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing experience with commercial payers
- Expertise in Epic or NextGen EHR systems
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or CPC certification preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and billing analytics tools
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA and FERPA regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving skills for claim denials appeals
- Ability to manage high-volume accounts under tight deadlines
