Responsibilities
- Process and submit accurate client invoices within SLA deadlines
- Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve payment disputes
- Manage AR aging reports and collections follow-ups
- Collaborate with sales teams to resolve billing discrepancies
- Optimize billing workflows using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Ensure compliance with healthcare/finance billing regulations
- Generate monthly billing analytics and executive reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years of billing/collections experience in healthcare or finance
- Expertise in ERP billing modules (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Certified Billing Specialist (CBS) or equivalent preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Proven problem-solving with complex payment reconciliation
- Ability to manage high-volume transaction processing
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
