Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with precision
- Resolve account inquiries and provide personalized financial guidance
- Cross-sell banking products while maintaining strict compliance standards
- Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate transaction records
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve monthly sales targets
- Uphold stringent security protocols for cash handling and confidential data
- Support branch operations through ATM maintenance and vault duties
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or cash handling role
- Proficiency with banking software and digital transaction systems
- Strong mathematical accuracy and attention to detail
- Valid Hawaii driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass federal background check and credit verification
- Professional appearance and exceptional communication skills
- Basic knowledge of financial regulations (e.g., BSA, AML)
- Fluency in English and proficiency in Hawaiian Creole Pidgin preferred
