- Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized financial guidance
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions
- Cross-sell bank products (credit cards, loans, savings accounts) to meet client needs
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Support branch operations through vault management and record-keeping
Qualifications
