Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile accounts payable/receivable transactions
- Process payroll and assist with month-end closing procedures
- Prepare financial statements and expense reports
- Manage vendor invoices and ensure timely payments
- Assist with audits and compliance documentation
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for data analysis
- Collaborate with finance team on budget forecasting
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 2+ years of accounting/bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with ERP systems preferred
- Professional certification (e.g., AIPB) a plus
