Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Process payroll and ensure timely employee compensation
- Conduct audits of financial systems and procedures
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis
- Maintain compliance with federal and state tax regulations

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- CPA certification preferred
- Experience with weekly payroll processing a plus
