Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including AP/AR, payroll, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Conduct variance analysis and financial forecasting to support strategic decisions
- Oversee tax preparation and compliance with federal/state regulations
- Implement and optimize internal controls for financial accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and cost analysis
- Maintain financial records using QuickBooks and ERP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with 3+ years of progressive experience
- CPA or active pursuit of CPA certification strongly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Demonstrated expertise in month-end closing processes
- Deep understanding of tax regulations and financial reporting standards
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication abilities for stakeholder reporting
