Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including AP/AR, GL, and month-end closes
- Prepare accurate financial statements and regulatory compliance reports
- Conduct detailed account reconciliations and variance analysis
- Oversee payroll processing and tax filings
- Develop/implement internal controls for financial processes
- Collaborate with auditors during annual reviews
- Support budget forecasting and financial modeling initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Deep knowledge of GAAP and Ohio tax regulations
- Proven experience with financial reporting tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing deadlines in fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
