Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, variance reports, and budget forecasts
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, IRS regulations, and state-specific Nevada financial requirements
- Conduct account reconciliations and support internal/external audit processes
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial planning and strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience with full-cycle responsibilities
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel (advanced functions), and ERP systems
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, tax compliance, and Nevada financial regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail with ability to analyze complex financial data
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interactions and report presentations
