Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and profit/loss reports with meticulous attention to detail
- Ensure compliance with federal/state tax regulations and assist in audit preparation
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Excel with advanced formula expertise
- Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to support budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Implement and optimize internal financial controls and reporting systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience with full-cycle responsibilities
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables), and accounting software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Proven track record of meeting tight deadlines and managing multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present financial insights clearly
