Responsibilities
- Manage month-end/year-end closing processes with GAAP compliance
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for executive leadership
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Conduct internal audits and financial risk assessments
- Optimize cash flow management and forecasting models
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget planning
- Implement process improvements in financial systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks/SAP and Excel modeling
- Expert knowledge of CA tax regulations and compliance
- Proven track record in SOX/internal controls
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Experience in fintech or professional services
