Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and benefit deductions with 100% accuracy
- Respond to payroll inquiries within 24 hours with clear documentation
- Conduct quarterly and annual payroll reconciliations
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and terminations
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive employee data
Qualifications
- 3+ years payroll processing experience with multi-state compliance
- ADP Workforce Now certification preferred
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and HRIS systems
- Strong knowledge of FLSA, IRS, and Ohio BWC regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven problem-solving skills with audit-ready documentation
- Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining 99.9% accuracy
