Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile accounts payable/receivable with 99.9% accuracy
- Process complex payroll systems and tax compliance documentation
- Generate monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Oversee QuickBooks multi-company accounting operations
- Coordinate with auditors during quarterly and annual reviews
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules
- Implement process improvements for financial workflows
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Advanced QuickBooks certification required
- Expertise in GAAP compliance and SOX regulations
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Proven night shift adaptability and reliability
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Certified Public Bookkeeper (CPB) preferred
