Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with meticulous attention to detail
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions and bank reconciliations
- Generate monthly financial statements and variance reports
- Manage payroll processing and tax compliance documentation
- Support audits by preparing financial schedules and documentation
- Utilize QuickBooks Online for daily accounting operations
- Collaborate with senior finance leadership on strategic financial initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Expertise in QuickBooks Online and accounting software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines in high-pressure environments
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- Night shift availability (6 PM - 2 PM PST)
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
