Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile accounts payable/receivable transactions during night shifts
- Process payroll, tax filings, and financial reports with precision
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and account reconciliations
- Generate monthly financial statements and variance analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Associates degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent certification
- Strong analytical skills and attention to numerical detail
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Experience with multi-currency transactions preferred
