- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 50+ clients
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reconciliations
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Implement and maintain QuickBooks accounting systems

- Collaborate with CFO on budget forecasting
- Maintain GAAP compliance standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance + 5+ years experience
- Advanced QuickBooks certification required
- Expertise in Excel with VLOOKUP/pivot tables
- CPA or equivalent preferred
