Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for executive decision-making
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations while optimizing tax strategies
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and vendor management
- Develop financial models and KPI dashboards for performance monitoring
- Collaborate with cross-department teams on financial strategy execution
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA/MBA strongly preferred
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
