Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and reconcile bank statements monthly
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage payroll cycles
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and tax regulations
- Support audits and implement internal controls
- Manage client financial reporting dashboards
- Collaborate with CFOs on strategic financial planning
Qualifications
- 5+ years of bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks Pro/Premium
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Proficiency in Xero or NetSuite a plus
- Strong understanding of GAAP and tax compliance
- Remote work experience with excellent time management
- CPA or Certified Bookkeeper designation preferred
