- Assist with budget preparation, variance analysis, and forecasting to support business growth.
- Perform internal and external audits to ensure full regulatory compliance and accuracy.
- Process accounts payable and receivable efficiently, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate with the tax team to prepare annual tax filings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA certification is a plus).
- 3+ years of proven experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of federal and state tax regulations and compliance laws.
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and communicate effectively via virtual channels.
