Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure strict compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Perform bank and general ledger reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
- Conduct internal audits and financial reviews to improve process efficiency.
- Collaborate with the finance team to develop and monitor the annual budget.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in accounting or a similar financial role.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CMA certification is preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
