- Process accounts payable/receivable and reconcile bank statements weekly

- Handle payroll processing and tax compliance filings
- Implement internal controls to prevent financial discrepancies
- Collaborate with CPA firms during quarterly/annual audits
- Utilize Excel for advanced financial modeling and reporting
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience in Virginia
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
- Valid Virginia Bookkeeper certification or equivalent CPA track
