Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with meticulous attention to detail
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions within NetSuite and QuickBooks
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis for management
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and audit support
- Manage payroll processing for 50+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Collaborate with senior accountants on financial forecasting and budgeting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks/Sage
- Proficiency in NetSuite, Excel (VLOOKUP/Pivot Tables), and ADP systems
- Proven ability to meet strict deadlines in high-volume environments
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to numerical accuracy
- Weekend availability mandatory (Saturday/Sunday 8am-5pm)
- CPA or QuickBooks certification preferred
