- Manage accounts payable/receivable and process payroll with 100% accuracy
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reconcile bank accounts
- Maintain general ledger entries and support month-end closing processes
- Generate financial reports for management and tax preparation
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Streamline accounting workflows using QuickBooks Online
- Collaborate with auditors during annual reviews
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
