Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 25+ client accounts including A/P, A/R, and payroll processing
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis for executive review
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger entries with precision
- Utilize QuickBooks Online for transaction entry and reporting optimization
- Coordinate with auditors during annual financial reviews and tax season
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for compliance documentation
- Provide financial insights to support strategic business decisions
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required (Bachelor's preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel with pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
- CPA or QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification a strong plus
- Exceptional attention to detail with error reconciliation experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for client interactions
- Proven ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Oregon state tax regulations and compliance requirements
