Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and financial records
- Process monthly bank reconciliations and account reconciliations
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Prepare month-end closing reports and financial statements
- Assist with tax preparation and compliance documentation
- Utilize QuickBooks and accounting software for data entry
- Support audits and financial reviews as needed
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online/Desktop
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles
- Associate's degree in Accounting or related field required
- Experience with multi-entity bookkeeping preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
