Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Process payroll and tax filings (quarterly/annually)
- Maintain QuickBooks Online with daily transaction entries
- Generate financial statements and management reports
- Handle month-end/year-end closing procedures
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Collaborate with CPA for audits and tax preparation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online/Pro
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance (or equivalent)
- Expert knowledge of payroll processing and tax laws
- Strong Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Detail-oriented with 99.9% accuracy in financial data
