Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor invoices and resolve discrepancies within 24 hours
- Manage payment cycles and maintain financial records in ERP systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize payment processes
- Conduct month-end closing activities and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with SOX and internal audit requirements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on accounts payable experience
- Expert proficiency in SAP/Oracle and Microsoft Excel
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines in high-volume environments
- Night shift availability (10 PM - 6 AM EST)
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
- AP certification (CAPP or similar) strongly desired
