Responsibilities
- Process and verify high-volume invoice payments with 99.9% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies proactively
- Manage electronic payments via ACH and wire transfers
- Collaborate with international teams across multiple time zones
- Maintain digital and physical financial documentation
- Optimize AP workflows using SAP and Oracle systems
- Support month-end closing procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume AP experience
- Proficiency in SAP/Oracle ERP systems
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Night shift availability (11 PM - 7 AM CT)
- Associate degree in Accounting/Finance required
- CPA or CMA certification preferred
- Experience with multi-currency transactions
- Exceptional attention to detail
