Responsibilities
- Manage month-end and quarter-end close processes with precision
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for executive leadership
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and tax regulations across multiple jurisdictions
- Lead accounts payable/reconciliation processes for 500+ transactions weekly
- Develop financial models and variance analysis for strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting and expense control
- Implement process improvements using advanced accounting software
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience in corporate or public accounting
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel
- CPA certification or actively pursuing CPA designation
- Proven expertise in financial statement preparation and analysis
- Exceptional attention to detail with 0% tolerance for errors
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work autonomously
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder reporting
