Responsibilities
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reconciliation and close procedures.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with local and federal regulations.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and timely.
- Conduct internal audits to identify discrepancies and improve financial controls.
- Collaborate with the finance team to forecast budgets and monitor spending.
- Generate and maintain detailed financial reports for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- 2+ years of professional accounting experience preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero) and MS Excel (Advanced functions).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles.
