Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial statements with variance reporting
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and internal audit requirements
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis
- Lead month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Support external audits and tax preparation activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate environment
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Certification (CPA, CMA) or actively pursuing certification
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines in fast-paced settings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
