Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Reconcile accounts and ensure GAAP compliance
- Process payroll and tax filings for night shift operations
- Analyze financial data and prepare executive summaries
- Coordinate with auditors and regulatory bodies
- Maintain accurate financial records in ERP systems
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Lead cross-departmental financial initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of accounting experience in corporate or public accounting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP)
- Night shift availability and adaptability to flexible schedules
