Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including AP/AR, GL maintenance, and month-end closes
- Prepare financial statements, budgets, and variance analysis for executive review
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations while maintaining accurate documentation
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance financial reporting efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on audits, tax filings, and financial forecasting
- Maintain robust internal controls and implement best practices

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
