Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts with meticulous attention to detail
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements ensuring regulatory compliance
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and cash flow management
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and support budget forecasting
- Coordinate external audits and maintain internal control systems
- Develop financial reports for executive decision-making
- Ensure adherence to GAAP and evolving tax regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Proven experience in month-end/year-end closing processes
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle a plus)
